The User shall have the right to restrict or prevent the continuing disclosure of the Personal Information by the Company where such disclosure has served the purposes as detailed under Clause 5.1 of the Privacy Policy at or is no longer necessary for such purposes or where the User has withdrawn the consent earlier given to the Company for disclosure of Personal Information.
